These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.engineeringpeakimpact.com and any services offered by Engineering Peak Impact, operated by Dr. Marcel Tella Amo, Vienna, Austria.

By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Engineering Peak Impact provides:

• The A.L.I.G.N.E.D. book — a written work on engineering effectiveness
• The A.L.I.G.N.E.D. online course — a self-paced, video-led programme following a fixed curriculum, identical for every participant
• Training, seminars and workshops for organisations on engineering effectiveness and sustainable delivery capacity
• Free self-assessment tools and downloadable resources

Engineering Peak Impact does not offer individual advisory or consulting services of any kind, and does not analyse an individual’s or an organisation’s situation and issue recommendations for it. What is provided is teaching material and instruction; participants apply it themselves and reach their own conclusions.

The book and the online course are in pre-launch and are not yet available for purchase. Formal business registration is in progress.

3. Discovery Calls & Engagement

Discovery calls are complimentary and non-binding. Engagement terms (scope, pricing, duration, deliverables) will be defined in a separate service agreement before any paid services commence.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, the A.L.I.G.N.E.D. framework, assessment tools, course materials, and downloadable resources, is the intellectual property of Dr. Marcel Tella Amo / Engineering Peak Impact.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

5. Scope of What We Provide

Our materials are educational. They are not health, psychological or medical services of any kind, and they are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric or therapeutic advice.

The self-assessment tools on this site are self-scored questionnaires for personal reflection. They are not a clinical or diagnostic instrument and no professional reviews or interprets your answers.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Engineering Peak Impact provides services and content in good faith and to the best of our professional ability. However:

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any book, course or training material.
• We are not liable for decisions you make based on our materials or website content.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms will be specified in individual service agreements. For team programs, standard corporate cancellation terms apply as defined in the program agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
