These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.engineeringpeakimpact.com and any services offered by Engineering Peak Impact, operated by Dr. Marcel Tella Amo, Vienna, Austria.

By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Engineering Peak Impact provides:

• ICF performance coaching for software engineers and tech leaders (individual and team programs)
• Corporate training and workshops on engineering performance, burnout prevention, and cognitive performance
• Online courses and educational resources
• Self-assessment tools and downloadable resources

All services are currently in pre-launch phase. Formal business registration is planned for August 2026.

3. Discovery Calls & Engagement

Discovery calls are complimentary and non-binding. Engagement terms (scope, pricing, duration, deliverables) will be defined in a separate service agreement before any paid services commence.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, the A.L.I.G.N.E.D. framework, assessment tools, course materials, and downloadable resources — is the intellectual property of Dr. Marcel Tella Amo / Engineering Peak Impact.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

5. Coaching Disclaimer

Performance coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or psychological counseling. Our coaching services are designed to support professional development, career clarity, and performance optimization. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Engineering Peak Impact provides services and content in good faith and to the best of our professional ability. However:

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching engagements.
• We are not liable for decisions you make based on coaching conversations or website content.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms will be specified in individual service agreements. For team programs, standard corporate cancellation terms apply as defined in the program agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply.

10. Changes
